Boundary - a real or imaginary point beyond which a person or thing cannot go

A tool to demonstrate the foundational theme of 2Roads - choice. Survival in the backcountry requires coherent choices. Every choice and every commitment reveals immediate consequences enabling us to more easily make the connection and, hopefully, learn quickly. Confidence in making coherent choices is built through surviving in the backcountry, alien territory to a majority of these students, with only what they carry on their backs. At the core of any leadership training is the ability to make good choices based upon prior experience with similar challenges.
